A very interesting piece overall - maybe yeah a bit too long.
I guess I do want to defend Russell Brand making a video in defense of the accusations which was, after all, big news in all of the papers and he was certainly discussed and found guilty by commentary in the media. I have no idea if he was guilty of the crimes alleged, however I do feel strongly that this was a political move to prevent him being heard, since yes he was, at the time uncovering many truths that were anathema to the status quo.
I live in Turkey and here we have had a politician Imamoglu - Mayor of Istanbul arrested and charged with corruption. Again guilty or not this was also a timely move by the ruling party to prevent him from running against Tayip Erdogan in the next election. He was to have been sworn in as leader of the opposition and arrested the week before. Being a strong and charismatic character there were real fears from the ruling party that he could well succeed in this.
That was interesting, wasn't it Tina? First Sonia blames Russell and others for trying the case in social media, rather than letting the courts handle it. She then tries Russell in her show and finds him guilty. Why? Because even though he may have had women lined up around the block, men want the women they can't have.
So Russell's statement--entirely in character--that he never engaged in nonconsensual activity is overridden by her generalization, based on nothing.
Then she shows a photo of him from 2010, when he was married to Katy Perry. And blames him for her own technical incompetence when she can't get him off the screen.
Candace Owens has done a much better job of bringing logic to the allegations. This is the short clip that includes his own statement: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/uq6iGUDRU64.
I don't think the sextroversy has anything to do with his stance on vaccines, I think it's about Israel. He was one of the only celebrities speaking out about Palestine during Operation Cast Lead in 2009. I know because I was too. It was just after that Katy Perry was unleashed on him. When he divorced her with a text on NYE, he was entitled to half of her $44M income during their 14-mo marriage, but declined. I think he was an asset of the Illuminati but ran.
I started my YT channel responding to his long-form interviews on Luminary. So altogether, I've done over 50 episodes responding to Russell's conversations. I think the attack on him is also a way to make the 7M who listened to him into naive, gullible dupes, as I say here: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/7m-awakening-wonders. And these are others on the sextroversy:
Thanks for this Teresa. Yeah I guess going against the grain within a mainly expat community here in Turkey can feel bit isolating. So yes thanks also for the links you have sent me. I also found hard to believe the accusations on Russell Brand who I admire for his openness, however rather than get into an argument as to did he/ didn't he the issue I hoped to convey at the time, was the convenience of blocking his truth seeking videos challenging the elite and so called 'truth'. Cheers x
Your interview was really good, Vanessa. I'm glad that you got Sonia flustered with your reply to whether Palestinian children were raised to hate Israelis. That kind of 'two-sides' only gets pulled out to obfuscate but your anecdote was exactly the right answer.
I listened to the interview after yours with Catherine Stone, since my Substack is a mother's pov on geo-economics, etc. I was also curious because the book I mentioned before, When God Was a Woman, is by Merlin Stone almost 50 yrs ago. So I wondered if the two might be related.
But I think Catherine would have done well to read Merlin's book. It would let her know that there are nine millennia of evidence to back what she's saying, in some cases, and to go much further in others. Asking women to get in touch with their feminine side by washing up the dishes and staying home on weekends doesn't approach the real issues--property rights, which used to be matrilineal, making men dependent on them if they wanted to live in the home. It's the homes that served the women, not the women who served in the home.
As happens so often, I discovered I already follow Sonia Poulton on X, but I do not remember her Ever coming up on my feed

No offence. Two hours is far too long these days
My section is 20 minutes lol
19 minutes too long ha ha
20 minutes of the show was well worth watching. you’re very gracious with your time.
