OTTAWA, Ontario — Canada announces plans to ease its financial sanctions against Syria and to appoint an ambassador, as the Damascus interim government seeks international support.
Canada’s special envoy for Syria, Omar Alghabra, says: “Canada can play a meaningful role in enabling Syrians to build an inclusive country that respects all of its citizens. We also can help prevent Syria from falling into chaos and instability.” END QUOTE
I just read an article in the New Yorker about how terrible Assad was and now how good it is that Syria is free. Hmmmm....doesn't look very free to me. Guess the New Yorker is not going to give any honest reporting about Syria. Luckily we ha ve honest reporters like Vanessa.

Not surprised, Canada was the US littler helper in the regime change war - the Canadian regime has the blood of the minorities on its hands since 2011. Disgusting double speak - they have no intention of preventing the Zionist-Takfiri project. https://www.mintpressnews.com/irwin-cotler-white-helmets-israel-whitewashing/261073/

The take down and early "natural" death of Nasser (sorry, can't help speculating) was a tragedy for the Arab world, and probably the world as a whole.
