The plan is a criminal act. The 12 congress men that sent a letter to the icc demanding that the leaders of Israel be off the hook when the US and Israel are not members is a joke. Rules for thee but not for me. Trump approving of the bill to get it pushed through just shows he is a puppet as well. The plan probably guarantees a trump tower in it.
