No question Russia has remained actively integrated with the WHO and WEF, and despite attempts to play it down, with the Global Central Banks also. Russia just enacted the most advanced legislation advancing CBDCs in the world, with the finance minister touting the readiness and ability to use it "internationally."
Russia and China are the Big Dogs in the BRICS room and China is already using and expanding CBDCs. Some good articles out there warning people the "gold backed BRICS currency" is not what is being assumed. It has always been intended as a CBDC and it will be a CBDC. Once that is up and running the US and others will claim they have no choice but to follow and voila! History will show Russia and China as spearheading the Global Central Banker CBDC that will be the final choke chain on humanity.
