When is Lebanon going to have the courage to totally break with the US? Sure it might be painful but the present situation is leaving them vulnerable to manipulation by the US. In other words Lebanon is not a fully sovereign state. It desperatly needs others like Iran and Russia to speak up for it. That's the legacy of all small countries.

There’s a sucker born every minute and the Lebanese army swallowed the line & hook to there demise their distrust of moslems only got them to be a pawn for the USA who could care less of these people only the Israelis are important who we now know the worlds problem that will destroy everyone if they can’t have it all … they own the USA guess who’s next …

There are all sects in the Lebanese Army. Including Sunni and Shia.

As you know it’s not a problem to cause problems between the sects as we’ve done so often , I’ve been to Lebanon in the 70’s it was beautiful , but as a war veteran in 1966 Vietnam I’ve seen how we Americans treat the people we encounter as if they are below us , except Israel they are us

Recently you predicted Syria as a staging area for a further lie. Unfortunately, but here's a thing. Most are unaware of OPCW, Douma etc. At least there is a far larger distrust this time, I'll call that progress. Well done.

Well, my appreciation of journalism does not waver. One gets an award, the other a Code Pink terrorist detained. I firmly believe a Universal recognition of our differences unite. Else, what would tourism be? It's funny fumbling in your neighbour's expertise. Well done Hala. Some sunny day V.
