I'm in a small town NOT a city, that registered for the UN's "Race to Zero" - C40 Cities initiative... that it is just as possible that to avoid lack of compliance, this will be our short comings too! So, let's see if I can round up some advocates for a change in this direction in our little town of Gibsons, BC Canada! Anyone interested in assisting?
