But in a world ruled by zealots, asking "what if we're wrong," or pointing out an alternative solution will get you kicked out of the 'cool kids' clique' or fired. That's exactly what happened to Germany's Vice-Admiral Kai Achim Shoenbach for merely pointing out that the low-cost solution to the crisis was to take Russia's security concerns into account and treat Russia with respect. That was in January 2021, before the hostilities began. In retrospect, the Vice-Admiral had a point, but his thought crime was rewarded with an instant dismissal and an abrupt end of his military career.

Resurgence of Blair style Fabianism now may be an emergency reaction to the Corbyn real socialist revolution in the Labour Party. He had to be politically assassinated through the Zionist operators, and Starmer, the Trilateral Commission’s creature, installed. Post-Blair the Fabians had captured the Labour Party administration and were thus able to sabotage the electoral success of the socialist movement and get rid of genuine socialists, especially if they were antiZionist, from Party membership.

This current process is a quick version of what had to be done over 30 years to dismantle the post-war Attlee social revolution and its public service products, which successfully served the people as had not been achieved before. They were afraid that it would happen again, so precluded it.

Yes, I hope you do continue on topics you ended with and what is going on with the brain and learning. Years ago a friend saw a documentary film at the Seattle International Film Festival about the difference between viewing a film on celluloid (old fashioned film) vs digitally and the effect on the brain. The light coming through celluloid is more energizing to the brain while that through digital means is more numbing. One is beta waves and the other alpha.

I agree with what was said about the dumbing down of intellect , and in teaching there was a phase when iPads and tablets became ubiquitous and we wondered how that affected learning, reading and critical thinking. Some 10 or so years ago, a speaker at a faculty meeting from Information Literacy (formerly Library Science) shared that university graduates in the work force were said to be able to gather/ get information but didn’t know what to do with it. And so, here we are.

It's a fascinating subject. I am no expert but a good observer and there has been a definite policy of infantalisation.

Hi Vanessa. I just love everything you do! In the last 10 mins of this you referred to a friend who studied frontal cortex brain activity. I am very keen to see/hear what you can share about that. Big love 💞
