Can you explain how l am still being charged when l cancelled this Substack a week ago. Substack provides no method of cancelling, making it favour the provider. I sent an e-mail a few days ago to avoid paying $71 when l never listen to this correspondent.

I have not received the usual email telling me someone has cancelled either. Could you tell me which email you used to cancel? Thank you. I can cancel your subscription from my side.. but there is nothing on file from Substack support. Please tell me what you would like me to do.
