To be honest there is a more than likely chance that those boats were transporting drugs from central America. The question is why the regional military build-up now? I believe that all geo-political activities now are made in the shadow of their 4th industrial collectivism reset of total control expected to be complete by 2030. Regarding the discussion around Putin, I have my issues around views expressed by Gilbert Doctorow in the past, I do find his fear that Putin, thinking he is 'playing' the Trump administration by winning on the ground in Ukraine and assuming the US administration will accommodate rapprochement via business interests, is actually more, and not less likely to lead to a wider conflict convincing.
